Fabric Overview:
This is a 50% cotton / 50% nylon (polyamide) blend fabric. This optimal ratio precisely balances the distinct advantages of both fibers — cotton's moisture absorption, breathability, and skin-friendliness with nylon's high strength, abrasion resistance, and dimensional stability. The fabric offers a firm yet flexible hand feel and is easy to care for, making it an ideal choice for training uniforms, workwear, and outdoor sportswear.
Compared to 100% cotton, the addition of nylon significantly improves tear strength and abrasion resistance. Compared to 100% nylon, the cotton content effectively enhances breathability and wearing comfort. C/N 50/50 fabric also outperforms polyester-cotton blends of similar specifications in strength, abrasion resistance, and anti-pilling performance.
