This 100% natural, pure cotton fabric integrates three core protective functions—flame retardant, durable anti-static properties, and effective oil & water repellent—through advanced multi-functional finishing technology. It surpasses the performance limitations of traditional functional fabrics, offering comprehensive, stable, and durable protection while maintaining ultimate comfort. It is specifically designed for complex, multi-risk industrial environments.
Fabric Features:
1.When exposed to open flame, the flame-retardant agents cause the fibers to rapidly carbonize, forming a dense insulating layer that results in self-extinguishment upon removal from the ignition source.
2.By incorporating conductive fibers or employing a permanent anti-static finish, the fabric maintains a stable surface resistivity within the range of 107~10¹¹ Ω. This enables the continuous and rapid dissipation of body static electricity, eliminating the hazard of electrostatic discharge sparks in flammable and explosive environments.
3.Treated with an oil & water repellent (OWR) finish, it causes oils and water to bead up and roll off the fabric surface, resisting wetting and penetration. This effectively defends against daily oil stains and water splashes, keeping garments clean and dry while extending their service life. It also imparts excellent soil release properties, making adhered dirt easier to wash out.
