This fabric utilizes woven-in conductive fiber technology, forming a stable charge dissipation network within the fabric structure to provide permanent anti-static protection. It does not rely on any post-finishing coatings, and its performance is resistant to washing, abrasion, and degradation.
The lightweight 150gsm design gives the fabric excellent breathability and a comfortable, light feel, making it particularly suitable for workwear applications in spring/summer or climate-controlled environments.
Fabric Features:
1.Permanent Anti-Static: 2% conductive fibers are woven-in to form a three-dimensional conductive network, with stable surface resistance in the range of 107-1011Ω. It continuously and rapidly dissipates body static electricity, meeting standards such as GB 12014 and EN 1149.
2.Optimal Polyester-Cotton Blend: 80% polyester provides high strength, wrinkle resistance, and quick-drying properties; 20% cotton ensures basic moisture absorption and breathability, improving wearing comfort.
3.150gsm Lightweight Design: Thin and breathable, reducing stuffiness and suitable for extended wear.
4.Stable Woven Structure: Tight fabric construction offers excellent tear strength, abrasion resistance, and shape retention.
