100% cotton Proban® flame-retardant fabric is crafted from high-quality pure cotton as the base material and treated with the classic Proban® durable flame-retardant process. The Proban® technology ensures that the flame-retardant performance withstands over 50-100 industrial wash cycles, with minimal performance degradation and an extended service life.
Fabric Features:
1.Proban® Durable Flame Retardant: The flame-retardant agent bonds with the cotton fiber molecules. Upon exposure to flame, it rapidly carbonizes to form an insulating barrier, self-extinguishes upon removal from the ignition source, and does not melt or drip, preventing secondary burns.
2.170gsm Lightweight Design: Thin, breathable, and flexible for easy movement, making it suitable for close-fitting wear in spring, summer, and high-temperature environments.
3.Natural Cotton Comfort: The 100% cotton base provides excellent moisture absorption, breathability, and a soft hand feel, eliminating the stiffness and stuffiness associated with traditional flame-retardant fabrics.
4.Wash-Durable Protection: Flame-retardant performance withstands over 50 industrial wash cycles and complies with standards such as EN ISO 11612 and GB 8965.1.
Use and Care Recommendations:
Washing Instructions: Use a neutral detergent; machine washing is acceptable. Avoid chlorine bleach.
Drying Method: Air dry by hanging naturally or tumble dry at low to medium heat. Avoid prolonged direct sunlight.
Ironing: Medium-temperature ironing is suitable.
